The apartment complex is situated well away from and below the road so is very quiet. It has one carpark for your vehicle and level access to the apartment (many other apartments require stairs access).
The apartment provides easy access to the beautiful lake walking track. This gives access to Queenstown (40min stroll) to the west and a wonderful cafe and a brewery 10mins to the east.
