Our quiet and peaceful two-bedroom apartment is set well below the road and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Our guests have raved about the jaw-dropping views of Queenstown from our spacious lounge.
The Frankton Arm Walking Trail is right below the apartment. It is a peaceful 40-minute walk into town or a 20-minute stroll to the esteemed Boatshed Cafe & Altitude Brewing Bar.
The bus stops at the top of the drive, no need for a rental car. Water Taxi's available from the walking track.
Entry into the apartment is via a lockbox.

Access the balcony through our large sliding glass doors and unwind on the comfortable lounger and bean bag while sipping wine and enjoying the ever-changing light on the lake and mountain range.
The Bedrooms
Enjoy a comfortable and luxurious stay in our two-bedroom apartment, each featuring a queen-size bed for a good night's rest. The main bedroom offers an amazing view of the lake that you can even enjoy while lying down in bed.
Convenient touch lamps are provided for easy use, allowing you to adjust the light intensity or switch them off with a simple touch.
Stay cosy with your own heater and roll-down blinds in each bedroom, and make use of the double door wardrobe for extra storage space. We also provide snuggly rugs for added comfort.
The second bedroom also boasts a queen-size bed and partial lake views. While both beds cannot convert into single beds, we guarantee a restful and rejuvenating sleep in our luxurious bedrooms.
The Kitchen
Impress your taste buds with our gourmet kitchen, carefully crafted for culinary perfection.
Our top-of-the-line appliances include a refrigerator, oven, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. We provide elegant crockery, high-quality cutlery, and pots/pans to prepare and serve your meals in style. Enjoy coffee or tea with our provided percolator and sugar. The Bathroom
Indulge in pure luxury in our bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet, and heated floor and towel rail. Keep your wardrobe fresh and wrinkle-free with our washer/dryer machine and ironing board, and keep your space spotless with our provided vacuum clean.
Car Parking
The apartment has one car park on the same level as the apartment.
(Note: there is no additional parking for a second vehicle at the complex).
Lake Life apartment has easy access all on the same level as your carpark. Unlike, many other Queenstown apartments which are accessed by steps.
Ski Locker
We provide a Ski Locker for storage of Ski's and Boots
Walking Track
Just below the apartment block is the walking track with walks along the shore of the lake, extending all the way to Queenstown and around to Jacks Point.
Beach Access
Right below the apartment is a small pretty private beach which is great for a swim over summer. 200m along the track towards Queenstown, is a wharf which is great for the kids to jump off. See the photos in the Gallery page.
